CNC Milling & Turning

At Partline Engineering we machine Castings, Forgings, Fabrications, Bar and Plate in a variety of materials including most Grades of Aluminium, Cast Iron and Steel. The machinery is regularly reviewed and updated in line with our needs - to meet our customer’s requirements.

We manufacture our own fixtures in house, saving time and reducing costs.

Operating 24 hours 5 days per week.

CNC Multi Axis Milling

Partline Engineering has a range multi pallet vertical and horizontal machining centres of which many have interchangeable tools and fixtures increasing productivity, flexibility and reliability.

We undertake work from less than 1 kg up to 1 tonne in weight, the largest table size is the Hartford PRO 2150 (2100mm x 1500mm x 750mm height) – this is a new acquisition complete with Renishaw in process Probing demonstrating our commitment to re-investing in high quality equipment.

Quantities from 1 off batches to regular production runs.

Programming is completed offline where possible using the latest CAD / CAM technology from OneCNC. Most customer CAD data can be integrated into the machining process saving time, giving excellent value and ensuring accuracy and repeatability.

CNC Turning

Ranging from the smaller lathes that have automatic bar feed systems (up to 75mm diameter) and live tooling for higher volume precision work to the largest diameter CNC turning capability which is 750mm x 2050mm maximum length.

The importance of skilled and experienced operators is acknowledged as a crucial part of the overall commitment to quality and service which is second to none.
